How do I sell to Flagler County government?
Flagler County is pleased to announce our recent partnership with Demandstar.com for our vendor management and Bid/RFP distribution services. Current Flagler County vendors will receive a letter from Demandstar.com with membership details. New vendors can register with Demandstar.com at www.demandstar.com. Vendors who do not wish to register with Demandstar.com can still contact the Purchasing Department at (386) 437-7480 x 252 to receive bid documents. Vendors can register with Demandstar.com for one FREE agency membership. Please contact the Purchasing Manager if you have any questions about this new policy

Where are the requests for bids posted?
You can see a list of all active Flagler County bids by clicking here.
What is the buying procedure?
All goods and services valued over $750 requires a purchase order along with quotes/bids as required by the purchasing policy.
How can I become a registered vendor with Flagler County?
Please register with Demandstar.com to become a Flagler County vendor. If you choose not to register with Demandstar.com, you can still receive a copy of our bid/RFP documents by calling the office of the Purchasing Manager at 386-4377480 x252. Vendors who choose not to register with Demandstar.com are responsible for monitoring the newspapers for legal advertisements pertaining to bids.

How can I receive a bid tabulation after a bid has been opened?
Bid tabulations will be available on Demandstar.com within 48 hours of the bid opening. Click here to view.
