Flagler County Attorney Al Hadeed is proactive in all legal issues presented for consideration by the Board of County Commissioners, such as ordinances, resolutions, contracts, bidding, and interlocal agreements to ensure county compliance with all federal and state regulations. The Flagler County Attorney's Office also provides the fullest legal protection for Flagler County through representation of the county in court proceedings, both as plaintiff and defendant, to ensure aggressive prosecution or defense of the county’s legal rights. It offers legal advice and representation to the Board of County Commissioners, appointed boards, councils and committees, and is available to all Constitutional Officers for assistance when requested.
