The children's department offers a variety of age-appropriate classes, events, and workshops that are fun and educational for young children and their caregivers.

Story Classes
Library Story Classes introduce early literacy skills in a fun atmosphere filled with books, music, rhymes, puppets, and crafts. Adult caregivers must accompany children and participate in the activities with them. Classes are held from 10 to 11 a.m. on the first three Wednesdays of each month.

Baby Classes
Classes for newborns to 24 months old, include age-appropriate books, music, dance, and other fun activities. This interactive one-on-one class offers a great opportunity to introduce early literary skills, as caregivers bond with their little ones and meet others with young children.
