The Planning and Zoning Department
- Provides information on land development standards and procedures within unincorporated Flagler County
- Offers zoning verifications
- Prepares technical reports and analyses for zoning, land use, site plan, and other land development applications
- Applies for and administers grants relating to the Florida Recreation and Development Assistance Program, Florida Communities Trust, Blueways, Artificial Reef and other environmental and land acquisition programs
- Prepares updates to the Land Development Code (zoning and subdivision regulations and the Flagler County Comprehensive Plan.
