Donate

There are many ways to financially support the library. Donations to the Flagler County Public Library may be tax deductible.

The Friends of the Flagler County Public Library work with the library to enhance resources and innovations for the public, in addition to supporting educational programs and entertainment. Friends of the Library is a 501(c)3 charitable organization that accepts book endowments and bequests.

Monetary Donations
Monetary donations are always welcomed and appreciated. Money can be donated to the Flagler County Public Library general operations budget or designated for a particular area of interest. Donated funds can be used to support:
          • Technology Development
          • Children and Teen Services
          • Furnishings
          • Books and other materials for the library's collection

Book Donations
Book donations are generally passed along to the Friends of the Library, which sells them at annual book sales and generously uses the proceeds to support the library. Donations can be made at either the Palm Coast Main Branch or the Bunnell Branch location. There are two donation bins on the westside of the main library. The Bunnell Branch only accepts donations during hours of operation.

*Most new books are welcomed as gifts, but there are some items the library cannot accept. Please see the Collection Development Policy for more details.
