Reserve a Study Room
Library study rooms are intended for quiet study and discussion. The maximum capacity is five (5). The minimum age for use without a parent or guardian is 10 years old. The rooms are not intended for larger group pursuits, such as social activities, sales, or club and business meetings.
Study rooms are made available to those who have a valid Flagler County Public Library Card. No fees are associated with using a study room, but they are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Research Desk will keep a waiting list if all the rooms are in use. Rooms that become available will be held for 15 minutes for the individual at the top of the list before it goes to the next person.
There is a two-hour time limit for study room use, but an additional two hours can be added if there is no waiting list. Due to the demand for the use of study rooms, it is necessary to limit use of them to a maximum of four hours per day.
Study rooms are closed 15 minutes before the Library closes, regardless of when patrons begin their use. For additional information, see the Study Room Policy.
