Flagler County is soliciting Registered Voters Residing In Flagler County for various citizen volunteer Boards
and Councils. Some of these positions, by law, must be filled by persons currently representing certain occupations
or residing in a specific area.

Affordable Housing Advisory Committee
1 Member -- Not for Profit Provider of Affordable Housing
1 Member -- Citizen at Large
1 Members -- Essential Services Personnel (including teachers, educators, other school district employees, community
       college employees, police, sheriff, fire personnel, health care personnel, skilled building trades personnel, government
       employees)
This committee meets the second Tuesday of the month at 8:30 a.m.

Contractor Review Board
1 Member -- Engineer or Architect
This committee meets the third Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m.

Airport Advisory Board
1 Member -- Citizen at Large Interested in Aviation
This committee meets the second Thursday of each month at 4:00 p.m.

Economic Opportunity Advisory Council
1 Member -- Citizen at Large
1 Member -- Representing Hi-Tech Industry
1 Member -- Representing Manufacturing Industry
This committee meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at 10:00 a.m.

 
Flagler County is soliciting Registered Voters Residing In Flagler County to represent the Flagler County Board of
County Commissioners on various committees of the River to Sea Transportation Planning Organization.

Members are not required to have background in transportation but rather represent the general citizenry and provide
input to the transportation planning activities of the TPO.   
Applicants must reside in Flagler County east of US1 within
the TPO planning area.
All committee meetings are typically held monthly at the main River to Sea Transportation
Planning Organization office in Daytona Beach.
 

Citizens Advisory Committee
Purpose:  To seek input on planning proposals and to provide comment with respect to various segments
of the population in regard to their transportation needs; conduct public information programs; provide
effective citizen review of the preliminary findings and recommendations of transportation planning
studies throughout the planning area.


     1 Member -- Citizen Representative Alternate
