Recycling Information
Curbside Recycling
Curbside recycling is offered in Flagler County by your respective waste hauler. Plastic and glass bottles, aluminum and steel cans, cardboard, and newspaper are the recyclables collected curbside. These may be commingled in the recycle bin, but newspaper should be bundled or placed in a paper bag on top of the other recyclables for pick-up.

Collection Facility
In addition to curbside pick-up, Flagler County offers a recycling and household hazardous waste collection facility for residents to drop off recyclable materials at no cost in limited quantities (less than 100 pounds per month). This facility is located at 1700 South Old Kings Road (1.5 miles south of SR100).

Household hazardous waste includes:
  • Batteries
  • Fluorescent lights
  • Household cleaners
  • Paint products
  • Pesticides  
  • Pool chemicals
  • Used oil
