Homework And Reading Help - A Few Clicks Away!

Do you need extra homework assistance? Do you need to practice for a test? Are you bored and looking for a book to read but cannot make it to the Library? Then take advantage of the on-line databases the Library has to offer. These databases and book picks can also be accessed from the Library or school computers or from your home.

Simply click the “Homework Help” section located at top left or return to the Library homepage to access the “Electronic Library.” In either section, you will find a wealth of homework and test resources.

In the “Electronic Library,” you will find TumbleBooks. Be sure to check out Tumble Readables and Tumble TalkingBooks. These databases contain a collection of read-along and audiobooks (including many classics) geared for middle and high school students. TumbleReadables and Audio Book Cloud can be read at your convenience and bookmarked to finish at a later time. An additional teen reading list can be found in “Teen Book Picks,” and the material is currently available in The Teen Spot section of the Library.

For more information on these services, please feel free to contact Ms. Sharon, Young Adult Coordinator, or Mr.Joe, Reference Librarian at 386-446-6763.
