Local Rule Review Committee
Final Committee Report, dated July 19, 2010
Responsibilities
The Local Rule Review Committee was created in accordance with Florida Statute 379.2431, for the purpose of preparing a report in response to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s proposed manatee speed zones in the intracoastal waterway in Flagler County.

The Committee consists of 10 members, five being “waterway users” and five being “manatee/environmental advocates”: 4 County-At-Large; 2 appointees of the City of Palm Coast; 1 appointee from the Town of Beverly Beach; 1 appointee from the Town of Marineland; and 2 City of Flagler Beach appointees.
