The National Weather Service and Flagler County Emergency Services
will be hosting a combined Basic and Advanced Skywarn class on
November 1st, 2006. Assistant Warning and Coordination Meteorologist
Angie Enyedi from the National Weather Service will conduct both
classes at the New Flagler County Emergency Operations Center located
in the Flagler County Government Center.
To reach the facility use the entrance at 2729 East Moody Blvd and
follow the road past the yellow offices all the way back to the EOC.
6:00PM – 9:00 PM
BASIC AND ADVANCED STORM SPOTTER – Be a volunteer storm spotter! This
class will train you what to look for and how to report potentially
dangerous weather conditions so that earlier warnings may be issued.
