It’s A Grand Old Flag

The flag of the United States of America is not just another piece of colorful cloth it is the physical symbol of our country. As such there are rules to the use and treatment of an American flag.

U.S. Code Title 4 Chapter 1 contains all of the rules and regulations pertaining to the U.S. flag. In the interest of providing a reference for the use of the flag, Flagler County has provided the code guiding the proper treatment of the flag.
